Metal Fastening Specialist
Durable, certified, customized metal zip ties for harsh environments — HCT manufactures stainless, aluminum, chrome, and coated metal ties for marine, oil & gas, solar, and rail.
About Metal Ties
Metal zip ties (a.k.a. metal cable ties) are heavy-duty fasteners made from stainless steel, aluminum, or coated alloys — built for environments where standard nylon ties fail: high temperatures, UV, chemicals, salt water, and fire. HCT metal zip ties pass ASTM B117 salt-spray testing for corrosion-grade fastening.
Common applications: shipbuilding, refineries, mining, railway signaling, solar farms, telecom towers, and chemical plants. Full stainless steel range →

Lightweight alternative to stainless — non-magnetic, conductive, and naturally corrosion-resistant via oxide layer.
Polymer coating prevents galvanic corrosion when binding dissimilar metals — critical for mixed-metal installs.
Mirror-polish finish for visible installs — preferred in show vehicles, displays, and architectural work.
Black epoxy coating for low-visibility installs — preferred in telecom, security, and AV setups.
Wider band, thicker gauge for pipelines, scaffolding, and offshore platforms. Heavy duty range →

FAQ
Metal zip ties are used where plastic ties fail — high heat, outdoor, marine, and heavy-duty environments. They provide secure fastening for cables, pipes, and machinery in pipelines, refineries, ships, and solar farms.
Yes. HCT metal zip ties have higher tensile strength and last longer under extreme conditions. They resist UV, fire, and corrosion, making them ideal for industrial and OEM projects.
Yes — HCT supports OEM services with custom packs, logos, and labeling. MOQ from 10,000 pcs for stock; 50,000 pcs for custom-printed.
Yes — we supply metal-detectable zip ties and RoHS / CE certified stainless steel cable ties meeting global food and pharmaceutical safety standards.
Stainless ties withstand continuous heat up to 500°C and short-term peaks near 1000°C — suitable for automotive exhaust, aerospace, and energy-sector applications.
