Responsibilities: Develop new overseas clients and maintain key accounts; handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, contracts, and payments; follow up on production and delivery for on-time shipments; attend trade shows and online campaigns, collect market feedback.
Requirements: Fluent English and B2B trading experience; familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) preferred; strong under pressure, goal-oriented, self-driven.
International Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities: Manage website SEO and keyword strategy; create industrial content, case studies, and blog posts; analyze traffic (GA4 / Search Console) and refine campaigns.
Requirements: Clear English writing and B2B content planning experience; knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and link building; strong analytical and buyer-intent research skills.
Quality Engineer (QC)
Responsibilities: Establish IQC/IPQC/OQC inspection standards and SOPs; conduct tensile, salt-spray, and flame tests with reports; analyze quality issues and drive 8D corrective actions.
Requirements: Engineering background, familiar with QC instruments; knowledge of ISO 9001 and SPC basics; responsible and improvement-minded.
Manufacturing Process Engineer
Responsibilities: Optimize molding process and parameters for better yield; promote automation and draft process documents; support new product introduction and pilot runs.
Requirements: Degree in injection molding, mechanical or material engineering; experience with DOE/SPC preferred; hands-on and problem-solving skills.
Tooling & Mold Technician
Responsibilities: Assemble, adjust, maintain, and repair molds; support mold trials and defect correction; manage mold spare parts and maintenance logs.
Requirements: Background in mold or mechanical engineering; CNC/EDM experience is a plus; strong execution and safety awareness.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities: Plan materials, monitor inventory, and procurement; coordinate production and logistics for on-time delivery; handle freight forwarders, customs and documentation.
Requirements: Proficient in ERP/Excel, data analysis skills; familiar with Incoterms (FOB/CIF/DDP); strong coordination and communication.
