Four Decades of Cable Tie Manufacturing
Founded in 1985, HCT began as a small tooling factory focusing on mold fabrication. Over time, we expanded our capabilities to include injection molding, assembly, and packaging — building a complete in-house production line.
ISO 9001 Standardization
Standardized operations, introduced the ISO 9001 quality system, and built an independent testing lab for tensile, salt-spray, and flame-resistance tests required by export markets.
